Over the course of my career, I've been fortunate to work on a variety of projects that highlight my skills and expertise. Some of these projects I can proudly share as they exemplify my capabilities. However, there's a portion that remains confidential, kept 'incognito' due to the nature of NDAs. These undisclosed projects, while not visible in my public portfolio, speak to my commitment to discretion and my involvement in high-profile initiatives. This mix of shared and confidential work represents the depth and diversity of my professional journey, with each project contributing to the richness of my experiences.
Lorgar Sim Racing: From Vision to Velocity. A Full-Cycle Product Launch
Business Development Senior Consultant - Racing & Gaming
Lorgar Sim Racing is a project in my portfolio that I had the privilege to lead from the ground up. Starting from concept and product design, all the way through development, finalization, and go-to-market planning.
Backed by ASBIS, this initiative brought to life high-performance sim racing gear like the Sim Racing Pro and Sim Racing Flex, engineered for both enthusiasts and professional drivers. I worked hands-on across every stage—product design, partnerships, testing with real drivers, and launching to global markets, ensuring that every detail reflected quality, realism, and user experience.
The project also included strategic collaborations, such as with the Serbian national team at the FIA Motorsport Games, SimMagic positioning Lorgar as a serious contender in the competitive sim racing ecosystem.

Evolution Racing Team
President and Operations Director
I'm thrilled to serve as the Acting President of Evolution Racing Team, the first professional sim-racing club in Serbia. Our vision and mission are simple yet powerful: discover young, talented drivers, educate them, provide practice, and get them ready for future FIA official racing championships and even the Olympics!
My current role involves steering the ship in terms of strategy, vision, finances, sponsorships, and nurturing our incredible team of talents. We've proudly become a part of the Sport Automoto Union of Belgrade (SAMS) and are actively working on expanding our reach even further. Excitingly, we've qualified for numerous World Sim Series competitions and even the Olympics in Singapore in 2023.

Leading multiple client integration projects, and introducing top-tier AI Computer Vision SaaS into the customer environment..
Performing as a Service Delivery Manager. Working tightly with Sales to close down contracts, as well as working on the internal side with Tech Leads on the best possible technical solutions for computer vision.Involved in active projects as project manager. and customer lead.
Everseen utilizes computer vision, which can see processes in real-time and enables process shaping by influencing human behavior to achieve optimal performance.
The technology combines advanced machine learning, computer vision, and neural networks driving Human Centric AI automation to Prevent Customer Losses and assist Asset Protection teams in the retail industry.

Founder and Product Lead
Social media platform, which focused on Geo-location event occurrences and information gathering database of other social networks merged into one. Matching groups of people based on their interests.

The role was oriented around UX/UI design and worked as a Product owner with an awesome team. Creation of roadmap, features, and leading the project utilizing the agile methodology.
The project was stopped after successful alpha testing due to a lack of resources and scaling capability. It required an additional investment for development and go-to-market strategy to continue.

Launch of New Truck Generation Scania product line
Commercial Project Manager and Operations Manager Executive
Involved as a team lead in a New Product Launch of the NTG trucks. The launch was related to Next Truck Generation Scania within Mining, Construction, and Long Haulage businesses in India. It covered a launch of the new Mining TIppers, Long Haulage Trucks, New Marine, and Truck engines.
The launch was oriented around assisting product managers for release and planning the roadmaps to match the event launch. Later on in charge of organizing a launch event. The event introduced to India what the product line can achieve in the market. Hosting customers, journalists, suppliers, and international partners.

B2B marketplace and lead capturing platform
Product Owner & Project Manager
Worked on the B2B marketplace platform for various vendors and clients, as well as the project for capturing the lead for future sales reference and customer retention/acquisition, The marketplace was oriented to match suppliers with potential partners to execute a service for a final customer.
The role was oriented towards Project Management and continuous delivery utilizing agile methodology.

ADAS Commercial vehicle business value proposition - Scania VW
Product Business Value Analyist
Working on a project related to ADAS and autonomous driving. Evaluating business opportunities and potential customer value based on the potential features and technical solutions. The project was initially organized to see which type of vehicles would be the best fit for autonomous driving, which application, and what type of customers would benefit the most out of it.
The role was oriented toward product analyst scope. The role incorporated Market research, product analysis. hypothesis creation and justification. Moreover, proposing different strategies to the management team based on the findings. This role incorporated work with mechanical engineers, product planning managers and internal suppliers.

SCANIA India - Sales Digitalization
Team Lead and Idea originator
Creation of virtual environment for Sales and Aftersales department. As well as, automatization of processes to achieve effective and efficient workflow for the workforce. Worked on implementation of CRM internally for Sales.
Implementaion of Power BI and analysis of structuring data for the smooth transition of data and ease of use.

IBM Business Challenge
Team Lead
University Business Challenge (UBC) United Kingdom - sponsored by IBM.
The Challenge gives participants the chance to work as a board of directors in a series of realistic, simulated companies, making all the critical business decisions that affect the company's performance and competing with each other like in a real business market.
Simulations are varied and challenging - and range from manufacturing to service businesses to ensure a rounded experience.
Finished as Top 20 Semi-Finalist.
